Who are some of the great thinkers that we we should honor? Some of the obvious historical ones are Aristotle, Plato, Socrates, Isaac Newton and many others we will pay homage to, but also some who are not among the immortals. One thing I like to ask people is; do you know who (example) Einstein was? They of course do, but when the follow-up question is what was he famous for - pause..... Few really have any idea. So if you explore at a high level, it can be eye opening for them. He was not just famous for mathematical equations. Everyone knows "E = mc^2", but what does that represent? Why would such a simple set of letters earn a Nobel Prize and lifetime of fame  (among other things he conceived of)?
