We had a session a few years ago with the renown resilience expert, Buck Davis. He shared some stories about people he knew that had overcome so many setbacks to have inspiring lives. A few of his coping tricks included cutting people out of your life if they can only be negative influences (including immediate family if neccessary) and having select songs that will always cheer you up and you can count on them to boost you when you are down.

Here are the songs I have turned to over the past few years when things had me down. I know you will enjoy them too, but of course you will have your own list of music that triggers your soul. By the way, the tag line for the Woo Hoo song is Life is Good! Give these a listen - I will be referring to them often in my chats.

Here is a fun, early 1990's style homage to the rap videos of the day. It is made by Moonbyul and her friend Mirani. It really makes me feel recharged. It is all about how their friendship makes them feel special and alive.
