Of course, deep thinking is wonderful and some people like John Locke spent their whole lives focused on learning (his father pushed him endlessly) and fun was sadly missing.  I don't think he ever watched music videos... It was said that at age 11 he knew everything there was to know, but was depressed.

and separately my favorite comedies.

Comedies

    1. Walk Hard - the Dewey Cox Story - doe non-stop laughs. It is a parody of the Johnny Cash bio-pic "Walk the Line" but is inspired brilliance.   Walk Hard: the Dewey Cox Story

2. I love the comedies of Stephen Chow. He has made several gems and most people have seen at least one although they may not realize it. My pick would be the historical "Journey to the West." An amazing amount of visual humor, incredible settings and zany characters inhabit the ancient mythological period in China. The action of the finale is beyond imagination - I won't event give a hint. His other great comedies are "Kung Fu Hustle" and "Shaolin Soccer."

Director Stephen Chow has made several comedy masterpieces

3. Scott Pilgrim vs the World
